Villa OrsiniA heartfelt welcome to Italy's 'Wonderland', Tuscany, the cradle of culture and of the Etruscan civilisation, and home to Dante, Giotto, Botticelli, Piero della Francesca, Leonardo and Michelangelo. Welcome to the Mediterranean countryside of exotic fragrances, vines, olive groves, pine trees and cypresses. 'Etruria' pleases the visitor with breathtaking views and fairy-tale places like Siena, Florence and San Gimignano. We are proud to invite you to our dream villa, a historical palace close to a spa. We aim at making your stay at Villa Orsini as comfortable, pleasant, amusing, active and cultural as possible, and you can also nourish your gastronomic interests. This attractive complex consists of historical houses and a century-old idyllic park. It is open all-year round and is suitable both for individuals and families, as well as for groups, who can all be independent and undisturbed. The park offers plenty of space for every guest. The 7m x 16m swimming pool is near to the house, in the park, and has a solarium, showers and changing rooms. There is also an open-air kitchen.
In our on-site vegetarian restaurant, Il Tapiro Verde, we serve breakfast, desserts with tea or coffee, appetisers and dinner: a wide range of special dishes which are skillfully prepared in our kitchen. You can choose our most popular daily menus as well as a variety of other specialities, all of which you can try during the same meal. Half board or full board is available upon request for groups of at least 6 people attending seminars. The villa, which offers both rooms and suites, has just opened to tourists and is situated in a small village with a remarkable history on the top of one of Pisa's many hills. From there one can enjoy the view of the unmistakable Tuscan countryside where typically tiny villages are scattered in the distance. Apart from resting and relaxing there are various seminars, organised trips, excursions and other activities for your free time. These are the indoor facilities:
Within an area of five kilometres beautiful panoramic places can be reached on foot or by bicycle. A spa station is nearby offering a wide range of services and treatments. There is also the opportunity to go horse-riding, play tennis or golf, and eventually sit down in one of the many of the meeting places where you can enjoy good food. Our highly professional cooks not only 'seduce' our visitors with their recipes, but they also offer practical courses on how to cook Italian food. Should you be interested in learning other skills, we offer vocational training in the fields of gastronomy, art, computing, and music/theatre etc. We are currently organising courses on the following:
Groups of people and their specialised instructors conducting seminars are also welcome. We are happy to place the room needed at their disposal. Our rooms and suites range from $350 - $1050 per week. It is also possible to rent the entire villa (sleeps 22 - 30), subject to availability. Rates vary from $3990 - $7950 per week. We aim at making this paradise accessible to every Tuscany lover by enhancing its beauties, meeting our guests' needs and caring about them having fun too. Villa Orsini
